Supporting the emotional wellbeing & mental health of mums and their families.

We’re here to offer emotional support to families during pregnancy, following birth and up to two years post natal. Our peer support workers have all experienced their own perinatal mental health difficulties and are here to listen to you and help you know that you’re not alone.

We offer one to one and group support, to help you talk about how you’re feeling in a safe non-judgemental space.

"Registering with Light was so quick and easy. I was able to access the group the next day which was a huge relief."
