Service User Forum

Come along to our Service User Forum next month!

The forum will be held on Monday 11th February from 9.30am – 11.30am in the Garden Room at Clifton Park Museum, Rotherham S65 2AA.

There are developments being made to perinatal support across Sheffield, Doncaster and Rotherham and we would like to hear from families with lived experience of perinatal services.

Do you have ideas about how we could better care for families? Please come along and share them with us!

The room will be set up like a parent + baby group and children are most welcome. Refreshments will be provided and we can reimburse parking costs on the day (£1 per hour)

Please let us know if you would like to come by dropping us an email at: [email protected] or calling on 0114 438 8962.

We hope to see you there

Raffle to raise funds for LightSheffield

LightSheffield are delighted to have been nominated as the charity to receive proceeds from the raffle at the Northern Sling Exhibition 2017.

The free event will be held this year at The Octagon Centre, Sheffield, on Saturday 4th March, and will be open to the public from 10am – 4pm.

The exhibition is intended to reach out to families who may be curious about carrying their baby, and to provide an opportunity for health care professionals who work with families (such as health visitors and midwives) to find out more about this parenting tool. More seasoned sling users will also find much to enjoy; with stalls from some of the very best makers and distributors of slings and accessories.

For more information about the event, or to donate a prize for the raffle, please visit the exhibition website or send an email
